Your entertainment will affect how you, your family and your guest remember your wedding day forever. At TruSound Audio Services, it is our goal to make your fantasy a reality and your wedding day beautiful and magical experience. From the first phone call to the very last dance, we will work hand in hand with you to plan just the right activities and atmosphere you want for your wedding day. How we will help to make your wedding day a success? A Huge music selection and amazing sound. We have over 10,000 songs in our music library that will be available on site. It is important to know that we have music for everyone. We provide a professional, state-of-the-art, 1000 to 2000 watt*** digital sound system to deliver crystal clear sound. A further description of our sound system can be found in our equipment section. One of our strengths is the ability to “read” the crowd and know when to mix your music tastes. We request a play list as well as a do not play list. We will mix your requests with spontaneous requests at your reception and our reading of the crowd for a smooth mix of music throughout the reception. Organization. Keep in mind that TruSound Audio Services provides two professionals at every event. One will act as coordinator and emcee of your reception for you, incorporating any and all of your ideas to ensure that your reception will flow smoothly. We go into every event with an agenda and timeline of what traditions will be done and when. This information is shared with anyone that is involved with your reception, videographer, photographer, etc. Professionalism. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and discretion. We will always arrive at least 1-˝ hours early to set up. In most cases after we have finished setting up and changed into our appropriate attire we are busy meeting the staff and other venue employees, becoming familiar with who they will be working with for the evening. Focus on You. Your guests have come to see you and your families celebrate your wedding. We are not the show. We are there to make your wedding shine, not bring attention to ourselves. We will work with your to keep you comfortably in the spotlight. We just want people to walk out of your reception saying, “Wow, what a great party.” We hope you give us a chance to help make your wedding day the day you have always dreamed of. Contact us to take the next step. Our Wedding Packages We will meet with you up to 3 times to discuss your reception in detail. A state of the art sound system is included and is suitable for up to 75 guests. We will provide up to 1 hours of pre-mixed background music during cocktails and dinner and will provide up to 2 hours of dancing to your favourite music from our extensive library (or all 3 hours can be dance music, with no cocktail hour). If you wish, group participation dances can be used to get your guests involved. Basic lighting is not included in this package . MC services are not available with this package. DJ will be attired in a sharp casual manner or a formal suit at the Brides' discretion. Gold Wedding Package Call Or E-Mail For Pricing We will meet with you up to 3 times to discuss your reception in detail. A state of the art sound system is included and is suitable for up to 150 guests. We will provide up to 1 hour of pre-mixed background music during cocktails and dinner. After the formalities are over, your DJ will provide up to 3 hours of dancing to your favourite music from our extensive library. If you wish, group participation dances can be used to get your guests involved. Basic lighting is included in this package where space is available and where it fits with the atmosphere you want to create. MC services are available with this package. DJ will be attired in a sharp casual manner or a formal suit at the Brides' discretion. Diamond Wedding Package Call Or E-Mail For Pricing We will meet with you to discuss your reception in detail as many times as needed. A state of the art sound system is included and is suitable for up to 200 guests. We will provide up to 2 hours of pre-mixed background music during cocktails and dinner. After the formalities are over, your DJ will provide up to 4 hours of dancing to your favourite music from our extensive library. If you wish, group participation dances can be used to get your guests involved. Upgraded lighting package is included in this package where space is available and where it fits with the atmosphere you want to create. Basic MC services are included with this package. DJ will be attired in a formal suit or Tuxedo, at the Brides' discretion. Platinum Wedding Package Call Or E-Mail For Pricing With this package, you will have the personal services of Todd, the owner and head DJ / MC of TruSound Audio Services. He will meet with you to discuss all details and co-ordinate with other vendors so that your day will run smoothly and worry free. A state of the art sound system includes a wireless microphone and will be customized to suit up to 400 guests. Up to 3 hours of live mixed background music will be provided during cocktails and dinner. After the formalities are over, Todd will take you and your guests through the rest of the evening (up to 4 hours) with a great mix of your favourite music and lively, tasteful interaction. Popular options* include ceremony music, extra lighting, and special lighting effects such as: bubbles, fog, and party favors. Save up to 20% on selected options with this package. DJ will be attired in a Tuxedo. Platinum Plus Wedding Package Call Or E-Mail For Pricing With this package, you will have the personal services of Todd and Robert, the owners and head DJ's / MC's of TruSound Audio Services. They will meet with you to discuss all details and co-ordinate with other vendors so that your day will run smoothly and worry free. A state of the art sound system includes a wireless microphone and will be customized to suit up to 400 guests. Todd and Robert will be at your disposal for up to 8 hours and everything we have to offer is included. We will provide music for the ceremony, as well as your choice of music for cocktails and dinner. Todd and/or Robert will MC the reception if you desire and up to 6 hours of dancing is included, complete with props and prizes if you wish. There is no travel charge in a 75 mile radius of Baton Rouge. Charges apply outside this area. DJ's will be attired in Tuxedos. *indicates extra cost option
