We ship from our warehouse in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.

1. All in stock ground shipping orders will ship next business day (not including holidays)
2. In stock 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air orders placed before 2 p.m. EST will usually ship same day.
3. If your 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air orders were placed after 2 p.m. EST, your orders will be shipped next business day (not including holidays).
4. *All in stock ground shipping orders placed during the weekend will usually ship the next business day, which is usually on a Monday.
5. Depending on if you order something in stock, preorder/ backorder, in stock orders will ship first and then preorder / backorder items will ship as soon as they are available.

We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping charges will be applied.

We also ship to Canada and the UK; international shipping charges will be applied.

We will send you a shipping slip upon request within 30 days of purchase. Upon confirmation of the return, we will refund your money.
